the room was super spacious. it was a suite! it had a balcony and a terrace. we found plenty of space and light.
the staff in the spa were terrible. the website says it includes a spa. i found out i needed to pay to use the sauna. i felt the hotel was cheap because of it.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at this really good hotel. The service impressed me, with warm and thoughtful staff. We relaxed by the beautiful pool area . Our best meal ever featured the Duck Wellington and the raspberry pavlova.
Our room looked dark, I recognize that's its aesthetic, however, we used flashlights for visibility.

Breakfast service includes homemade breads and pastries daily. The detox juice and cappuccino impressed me. The restaurant and pool menus provided good variety and the meals were delicious.

the lighting in the grand pavilion was really dim. i get the aesthetic, but it was hard to see sometimes. also, there was a strange smell in the bathroom throughout our stay, even after i reported it. they said they fixed it, but it kept coming back a musty odour, recurring odour

the bedroom felt very specious and private. it was also well designed and warming. breakfast was very complete and many food options were available.
